Maness Petroleum Corporation has successfully negotiated leases with over 1,300 mineral and land owners on numerous projects in Michigan and Ohio.  They take great pride in being responsive to the needs of land owners, especially in the siting of oil and gas operations when warranted.  Most land owners may only see an oil and gas lease a few times during their lifetime and generally have lots of questions.  We understand that and attempt to take the time to answer all questions.  Our base lease is a Michigan industry standard lease that is sometimes modified with a list of additional clauses.  Using an industry standard base lease makes it easier for both parties to recognize and understand land owner specific changes.
